What you get

—Access to the BetterQuery prompt-enhancement API within your plan limits.

—Enhancement history stored and encrypted on your behalf.

—The ability to export or delete all your data at any time.

What we expect

—You will not use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

—You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the API.

—You will keep your API keys confidential and revoke any that may be compromised.

—Automated usage must stay within your plan's rate and quota limits.

Billing

—Free tier requires no payment. Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle.

—Overage charges apply on Pro and Growth plans when you exceed your monthly quota.

—You can cancel or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Liability

BetterQuery is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service reliable and your data secure, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or prevent every possible failure. We are not liable for downstream decisions made using enhanced prompts. You are responsible for reviewing the output before sending it to any model.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
